The Granary with Hot Tub

Keys were in the door on arrival, fantastic location, remote and peaceful, something for all party members from 23yrs to 80yrs. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and tools, all rooms massive and plenty of bathrooms. Wildlife all around, facilities close by. Hot tub spectacular by day and night, pool table well used. All staff encountered were friendly and courteous, our whole party of 8 plus Jerry the dog could find no complaints with this accommodation and would recommend it to anyone. Amazing!!

Nothing comes to mind that we did not like or would have a complaint about, this accommodation was absolutley perfect for our needs. It was an 80th birthday celebration and had to suit young people and older guests. This one was perfect in every way. Thank you Booking.com and Solid Luxury, we would stay here again!!

A spacious house with pretty much everything you need for self catering. Beautiful views, lots of walks, secure garden. Hot Tub. Pool table was fun, well furnished house. Dogs welcomed and they could not have been happier! Helpful staff nearby or contactable by phone - very responsive. Loads of parking. Although there are other properties on the estate it was very private. We highly recommend staying here if you want to experience big skies, wonderful sunsets, watching wildlife and quite simply slowing down and relaxing. We also bought the BBQ pack of venison which was excellent - if you like venison it was top quality.

Nothing to dislike! We needed a larger frying pan as there were 7 of us and the one provided was very small, but it wasn't a problem as we bought one in Perth.

Being woken every night, several times by noisy plumbing. An issue Management deny knowing about, but one I see others have raised in previous reviews. Also, unsafe range oven in kitchen, again an issue raised in several reviews and one Management is not taking seriously - instead blaming me!! The jets in hot tub did not work during our stay despite a lot of twiddling! Inadequate glassware, inappropriate plates and a wonky pool table you can't play properly on (OK for kids). This company are delusional, calling themselves 'Solid Luxury' as there are too many niggly issues. Their words and lack of action on issues brought to their attention are misaligned with their own mission statement.

The property is set in lovely farmland with some good walks. The grandchildren loved the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed. Great for parking. The property also has very good underfloor heating.

The property is a bit tired looking and in need of some redecoration. The beds are not suitable for tall guests. The pool table is uneven and difficult to play a decent game on as all the balls rolled to the sides. The hot tub is not well lit in the evenings.
