"The room was a bit pricey."

Lovely food. Had a meal in the restaurant. The food was excellent and good value. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

The room was nice but cold and the central heating didn’t seem to come on. There was a fan heater which we used. The room was a bit dusty.

Location - it’s on Holy Island so very little choice. Staff were friendly.

Scruffy - everything could do with a refresh and a bit of love. Toiletries were made in China.

"Clean and comfortable with good food"

Centrally located for all the tourist attractions. Food was good (I had breakfast and evening meals there) with a reasonable gluten free selection. There was free Wifi and a Smart TV, it was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable

Furnishings and decor were a little 'tired'. There were no glasses for cold drinks in the room - probably an oversight. No special view from the window - but not a lot can be done about that!
