Holiday Apartment Aava 1

Convenient location and within walking distance to Rovaneimi. Good for a one night stay.

Parking is an issue. No recommendations from the owner. I don’t mind parking on the street yet would have liked options to consider. We spent a better half of 30 minutes trying to figure out where to park without getting towed. The fan ran constantly with a high pitch singing noise and the WiFi information was incorrect. I did mention both to the owner and they responded. The carpet inside the front door should be replaced. Two corners are curled and create a tripping hazard. The apartment had a slight unpleasant odor.

Good apartment for a short stay: perfect location, comfortable, bright and has everything you need. Checking-in was smooth and easy. Supermarket, restaurants and tours starting points are minutes away. There is even a skating rink and a snow slide right in front of the building.

It was a little too cold (the outside temperature was -22C), putting the heater to higher temps did not help. Pillows and the mattress were too soft.

Un piacevole appartamento. Ben strutturato e arredato. Completo di tutte le comodità. Vicino al centro di Rovaniemi e sopratutto vicino alla fermata dell'autobus che è proprio di fronte alla porta di casa. Consigliatissimo!!!

Se possiamo consigliare un paio di cose che mancano aggiungerei qualche tovaglietta per mangiare e qualche asciughino.

Molto accogliente, pulito ordinato ,a pochissimi passi dal centro di Rovaniemi,per chi viaggia in macchina c'è il garage sotto il palazzo. Lo consiglio

O apartamento era muito simpático e confortável e a localização era excelente.

O anfitrião disse-nos que o apartamento tinha wi-fi, mas tentámos de tudo e não funcionava.
