Island of Silence Apartment - close to Margaret Island

Na plus: lokalizacja, udogodnienia w obiekcie zwłaszcza pralka i zmywarka i duża czysta lodówka, dobra klimatyzacja, opuszczane zewnętrzne rolety. Całe mieszkanko fajne i dość klimatyczne, idealne dla dwóch osób, ewentualnie dla rodziny z nastolatkiem. Kontakt z firmą zarządzającą obiektem jak najbardziej na plus, bardzo sprawna komunikacja.

Jedyna rzecz, którą bym wymieniła to materac do spania, który z jednej strony już był mocno wygnieciony.

Ήταν καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα πιστολάκι σίδερο απλώστρα ψυγείο φούρνο και μικροκυμάτων. Είχε πολλά εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά κοντά και ήταν κανένα τέταρτο περπάτημα από το κοινοβούλιο.

Το ρόλο του παραθύρου στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε πολύ νωρίς το πρωί από το φως του ηλίου επίσης δεν μπορούσαμε να κυκλοφορήσουμε άνετα στο σπίτι επειδή ήταν ισόγειο και φαινόμασταν απέξω. Επικοινωνήσαμε από την πρώτη μέρα με τον ενοικιαστή μας είπε ότι ίσως δεν έχει μπαταρία το χειριστήριο του απαντήσαμε πως λειτουργεί κανονικά και είπε ότι θα χρειαστεί να έρθει τεχνικός. Μείναμε 4 βράδια το πρόβλημα δεν φτιάχτηκε. Από ότι είδαμε αργότερα και άλλοι ενοικιαστές πριν από μας είχαν το ίδιο θέμα οπότε το γνώριζαν και απλά δεν έχει διορθωθεί ακόμα. Θα μπορούσαν πολύ απλά να αλλάξουν έστω την κουρτίνα με κάποια πιο σκουρόχρωμη αντί για μια διάφανη που είχε τώρα. Το check out είναι νωρίς 10:00

- Clean - Nice, quiet neighbourhood

- Were told we can drop off our luggage before check in (while still within the free cancellation period). Then this was revoked a few days before arriving (we couldn't cancel anymore). Of course, being able to leave luggage before check in is not expected, but telling you it's possible and then taking it back when you can't cancel anymore is dodgy. - THE BLINDS DO NOT CLOSE. The flat is situated on elevated ground floor, everyone walking outside can see inside, the bed is high and right next to the window and there's only a thin transparent curtain covering it. We don't mind the sun, but I was staying there with a MINOR and did not appreciate being visible from outside. When i communicated about this with the host, they said they would come check it out and never came (I have proof). I had asked for at least some fabric sheet to cover it up by night, in case the problem can't be solved immediately, and I was completely ignored. It didn't even get resolved after booking.com got in touch with them. - The heating doesn't work. I tried to communicate with the host and after them asking for clarification (which i provided), I was ignored again with no resolution. In general, after staying in over 30 accommodations with booking.com, this is the first time I faced problems I consider serious. I wouldn't suggest this apartment, unless you're travelling to Budapest and need a last minute solution.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the apartments. What is important, it was very clean, everything worked properly. I saw people writing about an uncomfortable bed, I disagree with this because we were very comfortable. I want to note the convenience of the location, we almost did not use transport, the metro and shopping mall are 7 minutes walk and the parliament is 13. The administration is very friendly and will answer all your questions. I was pleasantly surprised that we quickly found our apartments and they sent us step-by-step instructions. I definitely recommend it. If I visit Budapest again, I will definitely know where to stay
