"Sleutel syteem verbeteren"

De woning

De communnicatie. Zeer beperkt. Zeer trage reactie. Heb lang moeten wachten tot ik toegang had tot de wonig. De digitale key syteem werkte niet. Wel een heel erg behulpzame jongen. Die zijn excuses aanbood en uuteindelijk de juiste sleutel heeft genavigeerd uit de sleutelkluis. Syteem moet beter.

"Heerlijk verbleven in hartje Scheveningen!"

De locatie was echt perfect! En het appartement: fijne indeling, heerlijke douche, groot appartement waar ook lekker gekookt kan worden. Inclusief goede messen, iets wat vaak ontbreekt bij appartementen ;) Een smart TV, lekker bedje en ook de slaapbank sliep prima. Het contact was fijn, communicatie was snel. We hebben ontzettend genoten van dit huisje.

Het is een beetje gehorig, je hoort alles wat er op straat gebeurt. Maar als je met oordoppen slaapt, heb je er geen last van. Verder is parkeren vrij duur, maar dat is de prijs die je betaalt voor de fantastische locatie. Verder paste de slaapbank niet helemaal in het appartement, het was er te smal, het kwam tegen het kastje aan. Opzich was dit voor nu prima want wij zijn klein, maar als je lange benen hebt wordt het krap. Het is vooral zonde dat het kastje beschadigd wordt door het bed.

"Although it is a nice property, the customer experience was very disappointing."

The place is nice.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this booking for April 3–7. Upon arrival by taxi at 5:00 PM, I discovered I had no information on how to access the apartment. I had no internet connection and was unable to reach the host by phone. Desperate for assistance, I even contacted Booking.com for help. Despite calling and sending multiple text messages to the number listed, no one responded. I was left standing outside the property for over 2.5 hours, feeling anxious and uncertain about where I would spend the night. Eventually, I had to go to a nearby restaurant just to use the bathroom, charge my phone, and get something to drink — simply to get through the wait. After nearly 3 hours, the host finally called from another phone, apologized, and sent me the instructions on how to enter the apartment. She mentioned she would discuss a possible refund with her team. However, shortly afterward, I received a rude message from the number I had been calling, asking how I had gotten her contact details. To make matters worse, there were no excuses from the person who seemed to have a higher rank. I had to explain everything again. After I sent a screenshot from the Booking.com page to prove it, she finally apologized. I also sent an email and a reminder regarding the refund, but I never received any response. Overall, the customer experience was unacceptable — zero stars! I would strongly advise future guests to be very cautious when booking this property.
