"Best B&B I have stayed in and good value for money"

I have been travelling around Ireland for 6 weeks in some nice places but this place was truly exceptional and enjoyable. Breakfast was superb, the room although small was well appointed with a large bathroom and parking very convenient. There was a lovely downstairs lounge guests could relax in rather than just having to stay in the bedroom and coffee/tea and homecooked cake available to make you feel really at home. Location was great and it felt very much a retreat and a truly quality B&B

I should have stayed longer! everything was spot on.

"Perfection"

The host greeted us on arrival in such a way that made us feel completely at home. We were offered tea and cakes - a lovely touch. The castle, which is decorated with style and class, was pristine. It was clear that the place is looked after with real care and attention to detail. Breakfast was available early as we were catching the ferry and every part of it was delicious. The dedication to using home grown produce was particularly impressive.

Loved the location and to have stayed in a castle was a true highlight of our trip to Ireland. The breakfast was amazing and unique, truly scrumptious.
