Meo Vac Clay House

Amazing location, they offered us a room upgrade to book direct which was great, food and location was perfect & we enjoyed the herbal bath very much! Thank you Clay House!

The room was comfortable and the view was lovely. Dinner was delicious and the property is situated in a fake Hmong village which is kind of quirky. Was nice to meet lots of other travellers doing the loop.

The room was pictured online to have a bathtub but didn’t have one. The staff were not that welcoming and didn’t really speak any English. The breakfast was awful, which was disappointing after having such a lovely dinner the night before. The homestay is pretty overpriced in our opinion based on these points.

Host was so friendly and accommodating, highly recommend! Great place to stay in Ha Giang

This isn't a traditional homestay, but rather a hotel. It is far outside Meo Vac so you are forced to eat there. No coffee included in breakfast.
