Este un apartament cochet intr un bloc nou, cu acces controlat, mobilier nou , baie mare si curata, cald, comfortabil, loc de parcare disponibil in parcare cu bariera. Gazda primitoare si manierata.

In jurul locatiei exista cateva foste camine muncitoresti cu locuitori cu un aspect mai dubios dar nu au existat interactiuni ingrijoratoare.
