"Jó elhelyezkedésű, kiváló ár-érték arányú apartman"

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű - közel a központhoz, viszonylag tágas apartman. Fizetés ellenében kényelmes parkolóhely a zárt udvaron.

Az apartman felszereltsége hiányos, különösen a konyhában. A lift az egész ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem működött.

"Slab calitativ Nu este ceea ce pare.Chiar dacă clădirea este nouă interiorul lasă de dorit."

Aproape de centru.

Locația bună doar că prin fața clădirii trece tramvaiul și de la 5 dimineața devine o problemă zgomotul produs de acesta. Chiar dacă apartamentul arată că în fotografii, doar la fața lacului îți poti da seama cât de slab calitativ este totul . Dușul stricat,o perdea la duș care mirosea a mucegai,faianță care stătea să cadă jos,iar mobila de la bucătărie un dezastru. Nu este făcut nici un efort ca șederea celui care închiriază să fie cât mai plăcută. Nu știu cum de a obținut aceste review-ri bune. Dacă nu ai alte opțiuni poți merge aici,dacă cauți condiții decente mergi în alată parte.

"MUY RECOMENDABLE PARA TU VISITA A TIMISOARA"

La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia super agradable. Mucha luz y muy confortable. El parking esta cerrado con puerta corredera y codigo para entrar y salir.

El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y estabamos en un segundo piso. Eso fue un gran inconveniente ya que se publicita con ascensor en el buscador.
