Puri Wirata Dive Resort and Spa Amed

Locatie, prachtige vergezichten over de zee. De kleinschaligheid en de rust, heel betaalbaar van kamer tot de menu kaart. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, al met al top locatie om even op te laden.

De weg naar beneden is kort maar wel stijl, maar goed dat heb je met bergen geloof ik;-)

Very quiet and peaceful resort: it’s perfect if you want to get away from it all. There is very little close by without needing a bike or a taxi.

Beautiful grounds with lovely frangipani and other flowers and landscaping. The pools are right at the shoreline so you are on the sea. Be sure you can walk down and up a steep hill or stairs unless you just plan to stay at the resort itself. Getting to the store, other restaurants etc was not pleasant because of construction and the roads are not great. However, there are wonderful restaurants a short walk or taxi away and the hotel restaurant is very good too. We loved breakfast, smoothies, and dinner there. Our room was lovely, spacious, modern and very clean with a beautiful ocean view. I went to a nearby spa and it was great but I never tried to onsite one but I heard it was good too. The Balinese people are quite lovely at this hotel and everywhere we went around the island. We had a lovely time.

Location made it tough to eat out. Not much around.
