Clean, comfortable mattress, good location and good service with the staff.

The apartment is ideal for two people. The terrace is sheltered from the wind on the east side and enjoys morning sun. The underground parking space is very convenient, and the large shopping center is within walking distance.

Since the property is located on the third floor, directly on the connecting road to several large hotel complexes, traffic noise is considerable, especially in the early morning and evening. The party noise from the Hard Rock Hotel is particularly loud on weekends. The small bathroom with the toilet inside is unacceptable for a four-person occupancy.

Good terrace.

The drain in bathroom in washbasin is bit clogged so the water flow out slowly.

Spacious, clean and good facilities.

Early check out was 10am which was not very good when our flight was an evening flight. Maybe it would be good to have more then one set of keys.

It was very clean! The location is ok but not so close to the beach.

We waited 30 min at our arrival to get the keys, we were obliged to pay 25€ fee instead of 15€, we didn't have the parking key until 2 days before to leave. Details : We arrived at 11:40pm and we waited until 00:15am for the girl to come with the keys. She asked us to pay the 25€ fee that is to be paid after 00:00. She "kindly" explained to us that the fee (15€ before 00:00 or 25€ after 00:00) is depending on HER arrival, not OUR. So in addition to waiting 30 min, we had to pay 25€ instead of 15€. Not at all client focus. We didn't have the key of the parking at our arrival and the girl said she would call the agency but didn't do anything. We had to send booking messages, SMS, and CALL to get an answer that asked us to come take the key to their office. After a long negotiation, they finally brought us the key (in very poor condition).

Nice location close to beach and all amenities.

Very poor contact with staff, were late to bring keys and all instructions, no extra toilet paper, unable to wash dishes (in dishwasher) no dish washer. Asked for contact - no reply!
