1. The location of the property

1. The property was VERY dirty, from the kitchen, to the cutlery and crockery, utensils, pots, surfaces and dish cloths. We had to wash everything before using it (literally). 2. The beds were in a state, the bedding was so dirty we couldn’t sleep the first night we arrived. Fortunately enough the host was willing to get our bedding changed the next morning which we really appreciated. She apologized profusely and changed it for us. But it was a horrible experience first night, we were extremely dissatisfied, disturbed and uncomfortable. 3. The property doesn’t look well maintained especially for the rates they charge. I would’ve rather booked into a hotel and still paid less. 4. They have a deposit requirement incase of any breakages and damages which will be refunded in 3-10 days. 3-10 days is VERY long for me. 5. They need to decrease their rates or UP their game. Some things are just non negotiable especially when you’re going for high end accommodation.

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for my family. It also had all essentials in the kitchen and bedrooms. The view of Summerstrand was perfect. The instructions provided for check in were easy to follow.

The toilet in the main bedroom didn't flush but communication with the hosting company was quick about the issue.
