No electricity the whole night, bed was uncomfortable

It looked exactly as described

First of, location is terrible. Its right by the highway, so when you sleep at night you could hear the trucks at night and public transports in the morning. We were there for one night, so we checked in around 18:00 and by 20:00 there was a power outage which lasted till we checked out the following day. We couldn't warm up our food, use wifi, or charge our phones cause there was no generator. The place is nice itself, its clean and esthetically pleasing but needs improvement when it comes to basic back up power, especially living in south africa where power outages are a thing.

No door between toilet n bedroom. Privacy. Make facility friendly for people with disability.

The place is closer to the main road

1. Toilet not being in a closed area** – Lack of privacy can be uncomfortable. 2. The shower doesn't have a full glass enclosure** – So water splashes out, making the room messy. 3. There is no adequate lighting in the kitchen area 4. There is no chair in the room

The design is superb. It's definitely a step ahead. Clean and great value for money. Fresh linen, safe and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. 10 out of 10 minus nothing! Keep it up.
