The hotel is surrounded by nature and you can easily take a walk around the narrow streets in the Mekong Delta. To reach the place you need to take a 10 minutes ride with the ferry, but everything was easy because the staff helped us organize every transfer and the excursions. The food is amazing and the hosts are really kind.

What an amazing place to stay! We truly loved this place the cleanliness, the friendliness and the food were all equally amazing. It is such a well designed home and so wonderful that as guests can enjoy the home and it’s unique location, perfect. We just enjoyed cycling around the sleepy villages with all the locals shouting hello to us as we passed by and for a bit more action you can cycle into town in about 20mins (free via ferry for foot passengers and bicycles) and all flat roads. This local town/city (Vinh long) has a large local street market which we found interesting full of fresh fruit, veg, fish wet market etc and lots of shops, supermarket and banks for cash. You feel part of the family and honoured to be in their home, the food cooked by mom is the best food I’ve probably ever tasted, definitely enjoy the fish which is fresh from the Mekong delta each day they bring it in. You can go on a beautiful evening small boat ride from the home to see the sunsetting over the fish farms which were all amazing to see (cost 350 VND per boat at this time). Breakfast is 2 fried eggs or omelette, small salad and a baguette, always fruit on the side- fresh from the garden, and all perfectly served from the terrace overlooking the river. From HCMC it took 4.5 hours by bus to travel there and then 4.5 hours to travel back so allow plenty of time as the roads are busy but you will be rewarded when you arrive, I was fully assisted to buy and arrange the bus ticket by the staff. The rooms are exactly as per photos on booking, our from room had a lovely river view. I must add the air con was the best ever, you can turn it up for a strong blast but at night you can leave it on the lowest setting and you can hardly hear it so you can sleep easily.

This is a real family homestay. The house is beautiful , the garden is blooming with all colours of flowers The family just wonderful, open and joyful. The night I arrived there was a party (Tet period) and in a glance I was at the party. The offer the food and it was just brilliant

The style of the horse, the kitchen in the backyard were I was able to see them cooking. Family sitting around the kitchen table was really familiar to me and I loved it. Bikes were at disposal very useful in the area. The location of thebb V property is ideal.

Room 1: The room is spacious and bright. Well designed, new and of European standard. There are only 4 rooms for rent so there are not too many tourists there. The staff was friendly and helpful, several of them spoke good English. The included breakfast was filling and had some local sweets as part of it. The fresh fruit was great. The sitting area along the canal was wonderful. A menue with different meals available.. The possibility to rent a scooter. The ambiance was peaceful, quiet and relaxed. The lights in the room were bright and good. Overall it is a great place in a nice setting, surrounded by plants.

Room 1: When I checked in there was hair on the toilet seat. The AC was weak. No hot water. A huge spider in my room. The coffee tasted bad ( Nescoffee ) Uncomfortable pillows. Outside the room were 2 chairs but no table. The need to take off the shoes each time when going for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even though the table was just a meter away from the steps where you are supposed to leave the shoes.

We wanted something special for Christmas, and what we received from the family was more than we anticipated. Everything was perfect — the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house and surroundings were really nice. But the family is what made the difference. They made our stay the best we had in Vietnam. Initially, we booked for four nights, but we extended twice because we truly felt amazing there. One of the staff members speaks good English, so we were able to have short conversations with the family. We couldn't recommend this property more — my parents and kids felt wonderful there, and we would have stayed longer if more rooms had been available.

The only thing we would recommend is to have a fridge in the rooms or at least on the upstairs terrace. We had some special medicines that needed to be kept in the fridge, and we didn’t want to disturb the family at night when accessing the fridge inside their home. Anything else was perfect.
