Good location for local restaurants and shops. Easy Grab to centre of GeorgeTown. Hosts were very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. There was always someone on the security desk which made the block feel safe. Pool was a nice cool retreat from the heat.

Two of the bedrooms felt a little crowded (we had 5 in our group). Family groups would probably be more comfortable all in together than a group of friends.

the location of homestay is very convenient access to food stall. It is quite near to the siam and myanmar temple and also gurney plaza.

As per the pictures, the unit is spacious, so perfect for family stay. The host has prepared sufficient beddings, towels, pillows. Location is wonderful, just right opposite Gurney Bay and very close to shopping malls and popular food areas. Air conditioning was good. The host is exceptionally attentive to details, making sure we have a great stay. The days we were in Penang, it was expected there would be water cuts, the host informed us in advance and also prepared pails of water and drinking water to spare.

A little dated, noted 1 bed was dented so sleeping is not comfortable there. The floors could do a better cleaning, feels rather dusty.

I recently brought my mum and brother to Penang for a short vacation and stayed at this NEW! Luxurious Spacious 3BRs Sunrise Gurney Stay for 3 days and 2 nights. The experience was wonderful! The owners, Christy and Philip, were very friendly and helpful—especially Christy, who made everything feel smooth and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We stayed on the 12th floor, and the unit was spacious, beautifully decorated, and most importantly for me—very clean. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions, food, and shops. I especially loved the stunning town view at night; it was truly a highlight of our stay. I would definitely rent this place again the next time I visit Penang. Highly recommended!
