Location OK for my purposes and close to airport. Clean cozy apartment. Parking available (although paid - 4 euros/day)

The oven missed a button and could not be used but the host promptly brought in a microwave oven. Else the kitchen ware is minimum, at the point you cannot basically use the facility for anything else but boiling an egg. Paper towels for the kitchen will also be a huge improvement, not to mention basics like salt/pepper/oil/vinegar. Coffee/tea would be too much already. Being self supporting is the reason you take an apartment. Else you check in in a hotel.

The apartment was clean and well equipped.

They have underground parking for an extra price

There are no mosquito nets

Comfortable bed, washing machine, kitchen

Lack of shampoo. Staff don't know English language at all. Misinformation about private parking(was very important for me). No additional things like tea bags or washing soap. The net on the window has holes so a lot of bugs flew in even when the window was only on ventilation mode, it was in this mode before we came in, so we couldn't prevent it. No conditioner in the bedroom, and no nets on windows there, so you either sleep in a hot bedroom, or tolerate bugs flying all over you. We came into the apartment a bit late (staff were informed beforehand of this) so we had to search for a private parking elsewhere even though I specifically asked to book one for me beforehand.
