The fire alarm went off twice in the building and it was do to known issue. It was mostly annoying because it happenned on our check out day

NZLovely, spacious and well-equipped appartment, close to shops and restaurants. Great to have a washing machine and secure car parking.
We found it challenging to use the heat pump control module to moderate the shower water temperature, which was initially too hot to shower. We also found the room temperature too warm at night (we stayed there in early September) and although keeping a window open helped, the traffic noise at night is disruptive to sleep with. A celing fan, or other kind of fan would be helpful in that respect.
