Location was very good, easy to travel into town only a short walk and very good bus links to other areas.

Even though apartment was booked for six people there was only three dinner plates available to use.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und gut zu erreichen vom Bahnhof. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sehr sauber.

Die Küche war etwas sparsam eingerichtet.

Nice, cosy apartment. Easy to access via bus, and not too far from the tram either.

Was difficult to make contact prior to arrival about check in time and check in process. Very rushed near arrival date, which caused a lot of anxiety. Had to contact booking directly to expedite the process. Was eventually asked for the deposit, I paid it, and then was told two days before arrival that the apartment won’t be ready and offered me an alternative apparent much further away in Leith. After expressing my disgruntlement at this unacceptable predicament, the apartment was magically going to be ready after all. This caused a great amount of unnecessary stress, dampening the holiday. Again the apartment and everything was fine after arrival, but the interaction with the host could and should have been a lot better.

Location - easy to get into Edinburgh city centre. Accomodation included a parking space.

Cleanliness - the property is filthy. Grime and dirt everywhere. Windows filthy, skirting boards dusty, rubbish under the beds/sofa bed, stains on the mattress. Grime and dirty at the bottom of the wardrobes and in the bathroom.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy access.

Late response with opening code. Bed broken, but was fixed the next day. No dishwasher.
