Cleanliness of the apartment. Two separate bathrooms. Wall facilities you needed. Excellent location to walk into the city 10 minutes max

On the main road, but with the window shut, you couldn’t hear the traffic

Good size property. All good.

We drove past it first time and had to go a long way round to see it again. We should have been prepared for what it looked like and taken care We didn't drive past as turning around wasn't easy.

I have COPD and wished they had said it was on the 3rd floor and no lift BEFORE booking. I collapsed on the stairs half way up and the nice chap working there rescued me, thought I was going to expire! He got my son to bring my breathing tube. If he hadn't been there who knows ..........

Location - ideal for SS Great Britain and Clifton Suspension Bridge. Secure parking.

Info for Booking.com- I booked Flat 7 which was on the confirmation. Was advised keycode would be sent at 2pm on day of arrival. This didn't happen. I then called the letting agents to get this code - they also advised it was Flat 8 that had been reserved via Booking.com even though my confirmation said Flat 7. Not an issue as both very similar but don't understand how this happened. Dining chairs not especially comfortable. Only 3 at table - found the other in a cupboard ,appeared broken. Only sofa for 3 people even though 4 could stay. Again not an issue as only 2 of us. Main issue would be the 50 stairs to get to flat. I don't remember seeing this on the info page. May have not booked if this had been stated clearly. (I am over 60) Older people beware!!

Clean, good location

No elevator

The apartment was clean, spacious and decorated and furnished in a good neutral style. The location was good for access to Clifton and the university.

We were only provided with one key and I was refused a second key when I contacted the hosts and requested one. This is unsatisfactory for a two bedroom apartment. The front door to the apartment caught as you opened and shut it which made it hard work to open and it was necessary to slam it to close it.
