The water pressure in the shower is poor. May be ok for summer, but I think it's a show stopper during winter. The cabinets were oily grubby.

Only 1 of the 3 TV's worked, either no antenna or no remote control. Water pressure in shower terrible. House had an "old" unpleasant smell.
