The apartment was exactly like shown in the pictures. Very clean and well furnished, with everything you could need. We were only missing some tea towels and a pedestal fan (as it was very humid and warm in the apartment for the first few days) - both were handed to us within a day and two, respectively.

We were looking for a really quiet place to relax and enjoy cooking dinners but luck was running out on us when we realized that this apartment, among hundreds in this large complex, had to be located right above two restaurants/bars that were open 7 days a week, closing often only after 11pm, sometimes they were still making noises after midnight when they were collecting all chairs and tables from the outside to store inside, then shutting the gates with bangs and all. Because of the noise of loud talking patrons and staff outside, we had to close the windows on that side, which meant we were unable to cross ventilate when it was really needed due to the heat built up. Both restaurants also opened their back doors which meant we were also exposed to some of that noise from there, as well. This was quite disappointing. I even asked the waitress of the "Ocean Vibes" on one of the first nights to please close their back door, so we could have some peace of quiet, and while this was done, it didn't last long. When I appeared at their restaurant again, at the outside, the same waitress was being very aggressive to me, called her cook for 'language support' and she handed me her phone to talk to her boss who was equally unwilling to come to any resolution. So because of this, I strongly feel that the location of this vacation apartment is a bad fit for those seeking peace and quiet. We were also not too keen about the whole area as there were a number of unfinished buildings nearby and in the greater vicinity that were taken over by squatters, and the ocean front has a lot of rubble fields, no beach and parts of the ocean side paths were of rugged surfaces and looked like never really bothered to be finished like typical paseos maritimos with floor tiles.

Great location. Only few step the ocean, great walking and hiking tour... Brilliant pubs and restaurant arount..... In the kitchen had lot of brand new equipments. The apartman vas really clear, and freandly Stefano (the property manager) really good, and helpfull man.
