La segunda noche amaneció inundado todo el piso de mi habitación, esto debido a la lluvia y muchas cosas se mojaron.

El tema de seguridad, el domingo de mañana entro una persona habitacion, no tocando la puerta, entro a la misma abriendo la puerta, estando en la cama. Me dijo que era de mantenimiento del baño, paso al mismo y despues se fue. Lo comente en la recepcion quedaron ver en la camara de seguridad, no sabian que podia ser. No reconocen que entro alguien a la habitacion no voy a inventar una cosa asi.

The location was an easy walk to the beach. The staff (not manager) were very friendly and accomodating. My bed was pretty comfy.

The room I got was not what I booked, and they did not have the room advertised. It was a hassle to pay as they refused to take my credit card and made me use PayPal. I booked a suite with sofa bed and balcony, as shown on pictures. I (F) was traveling with a friend (M) who is not my partner. I booked this room and this hotel specifically for the extra bed and balcony. When we got to the room, there was only 1 double bed. No balcony and no sofa. When I showed the reservation to the young man at front desk, he said this room doesn’t even exist and it should not be listed. I followed him downstairs. I explained again that I cannot share a bed and I need another room. The guy and the woman who took my payment earlier insisted there were no rooms with more than o e bed, even though booking showed another 2bed- room available. The best they could do was offer me a tiny room at half price. Honestly, the room was dirty and no proper air circulation. My flight hone was cancelled, which is why we booked this room quickly. I had just fallen and severely injured myself, and I was too frustrated to cancel and go somewhere else. Big disappointment.

The location was 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach

They said each room comes with a kitchenette but there was only a dirty and stinky shared kitchen. The room did not look like photos at all. It was not soundproof as advertised but we heard loud screaming all night. The whole room smelled like bleach.
