The best thing about this stay in my opinion is the homeliness and coziness. The host communicates clearly and to the point - I have only the best words about the host. It is definitely a peaceful, cozy stay where one can feel like home.

Everything is new and clean. Super close to the train station (we travelled by trains). There is a private patio for each room. Room is very cozy and comfortable, kitchen is sufficient for cooking some easy meals.

The smell from the drains in kitchen/ bathroom is not very pleasant but you get used to it.

Close to Saulkrasti centre, private terrace with grill available.

Bathroom has a problem with sewer system, it smelled really bad. Water from shower was all over the bathroom and there was nothing to collect it, so it was wet all the time. Room that we had was for two people, but second bed was not meant for grownup, maybe children.

Good location, private terrace, comfortable double bed, private car parking

very poor quality facilities (barbecue, wine opener from plastic), loud territory as train stations is very close and trains are going even at night, owner could be more customer service oriented (offer woods, change room to a bigger with additional payment as others guests not came etc.).
