Die Wohnung war gross und konfortabel, die Aussicht super. Sie gehört zu einem neu gebauten Luxus-Resort mit bewachter Schranke am Eingang und eigener Strand-Promenade mit Luxus-Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Personal war zuvorkommemd. Wir durften im September vor Ort zwischen drei Wohnungen auswählen.

I've stayed at this apartment and location for the third time now. The accommodations are spacious and equipped with everything you need: beds, sofas, WC, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, coffee machine, and more. The view of the open sea is beautiful, and the beach is directly below the apartment. The restaurants in Luštica Bay offer good quality at reasonable prices. There is now also a Voli supermarket, so you no longer have to shop outside of Luštica Bay Marina as before. The hill is steep, but the free buggy service works smoothly through a WhatsApp group, and the wait time is usually no longer than 3-4 minutes. The garage space was spacious, and at 10 EUR per day, the price is very fair.

Previously, breakfast at the Chedi Hotel was included in the price, but unfortunately, this option is no longer available. Additionally, bed linens and towels were changed daily in the apartments, which also no longer happens. I had to purchase toilet paper, kitchen paper, and coffee machine capsules myself. I would appreciate it if these services could once again be included in the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lipa apartments. We were here for part of our honeymoon and had a great time, we were even surprised with a cake to celebrate! The whole complex is really beautiful, modern but rustic, and feels safe, secure and exclusive. Great location, a five minute walk to the promenade, pool close by. We appreciated the free buggy up the hill back to the apartment. Our apartment host was very attentive and replied quickly on WhatsApp with information and recommendations for our stay, including reminding us we had left the lights on in our rental car 😂 The apartment was very clean and spacious with lots of light, immediately making you feel at peace. The view from the balcony was divine - a real pleasure to have breakfast there each morning. The bed was really comfortable and our request for additional pillows was accommodated. There is lots of space for storage. The shower in the bathroom is really nice and we appreciated the shower gel, soap, shampoo etc.

We loved our stay and there's only a couple of suggestions on improvements. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils e.g. a wooden spoon, oven trays, a bread knife, a sieve. A couple of hooks in the bathroom for wet towels would be good. There was also no TV in our room which was detailed in the listing description - we didn't mind though as we have a tablet and spent most of our free time at the pool/beach.
