De beschrijving was niet overduidelijk. Waar staat het huisnummer 60? Bij de deurdisplay : er had kunnen staan: Druk op nr 2 en daarna 4 en daarna op het knopje Telefoon.

De verhuurder had een parkeerplaast kunnen aanbieden omdat parkeren in de straat zeer problematisch is.

Het appartement was erg efficiënt en smaakvol ingericht en super schoon. Het ruime balkon had een geweldig mooi uitzicht op San Sebastian en de oceaan.
