Ground Floor Poolside Villa Short Walk From Top Beach in Kauai With Great Pool

Location, location! Easy access and great space. Finding it was a bit difficult at first, but great for getting around. Spacious for many people and patio was fantastic!

Cupboards need bumper pads as they bang shut so loud. Also the showers need grab bars. The hall bathroom and main bedroom shower head bars are very loose. Kleenex would be much appreciated. And a nice addition would be make-up mirrors in bathrooms.

The quality of the workmanship is noticeable through the condo. The patio is lovely. The pool is beautiful but it was not heated so I did laps and out!

They started working on the condo property during our stay. Painting and other fixes. The day of checkout was not pleasant. The noise of power tools from the unit above was intense. We were not warned about noise levels. We were glad to check out that day!!

The location was great, the villa was opulent, the communication with staff was excellent. However, there were very little amenities in the villa itself...tiny bars & tubes of soap that lasted a day, one small packet of coffee...things that would normally have been available for our entire stay. We were on a ground level floor and the noise from above both floors above us at night and starting again at 6:00 am was very loud. When I complained to the contact person, the noise improved, but was still a problem. Consider getting a top floor. The beach supplies were fantastic...especially the 6 chairs and wagon. The kitchen supplies were abundant and the fridge was huge. Washer was old and loud, but worked sufficiently. The double-headed showers were a luxury and the bath tub was elegant.

Great location, clean house, and property management communicated well to ensure we were comfortable.

Chill Vibe, vicinity to so many scenic locations. Walk to beach was easy.
