Der Blick über die Dächer vom kleinen Balkon aus war schön und dass es einen Balkon gab. Wie auch der Fußweg ins Zentrum war ganz gut. Die Wohnung selbst war schön.

Zu Beginn, wir kamen um 14:15 Uhr an, war noch alles von den Vormietern vorhanden, also noch nix gereinigt, obwohl wir mitteilten dass wir zw. 13-14 Uhr ankommen. Ich musste auch aktiv nach dem Zugang fragen, da ich 24 h vorher keine Nachricht bekam. Ich rief an bzgl. der Reinigung, es wurde vergessen und somit erst nach unserer Ankunft jemand zur Reinigung geschickt. Ich bekam auch keine Info bzgl. Parkplatz! Was sehr schlecht war, denn man konnte schon vor dem Haus stehen, wäre ein öffentlicher Platz frei gewesen. Also schnell anhalten, schnell das ganze Gepäck raus und schnell weiterfahren, um irgendwo einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal, ewiges Suchen und rumfahren war angesagt! Und das Bett hat so unfassbar gequietscht und geknarrt. sobald man sich nur ein klein wenig bewegt hat! Das sollte definitiv ausgetauscht werden! Naja und dann der 5. Stock ohne Aufzug mit all seinem Gepäck.

Toller Blick auf die Stadt, sehr angenehme Treppen, in der Nähe kleiner Park zum Gassi gehen, sehr schönes Bad mit großer Dusche Leider hat das Bett sehr geknarzt als einziges Manko und die Bialett i ist zu klein für 2 Kaffee Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Accommodation location.

I really don't understand how anyone can give this accommodation a high rating. First, the apartment is on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator, which is a deal breaker for me. The owner should have clearly stated this fact in the apartment description. Second, a very important thing during the period I rented the accommodation was the lack of air conditioning. Honestly, I might have given the apartment an 8 if it had an elevator and air conditioning, but as it is... 2 is more than enough. Not to forget, if you do decide to choose this accommodation, I highly recommend NOT opening the closet in the bedroom...

We usualy find something good in everything, but this was mission impossible. Very very bad accomondation.

It is on 5th flor without elevator, it doesnt have aircondition and no nets on window, so you cant cool down space without leting in mosquitos. Beds are very old and full of small bugs, my child was beaten so much!!

Not the best position, 5th floor without elevator (challenge for elderly and handicaped people), no air-conditioning, beds not really comfortable, in total: overprized...

There was a spacious, bright, quiet apartment. The host was flexible and patient. I really liked the sound of seagulls nearby and the sight of them. The accommodation is located on a good public transport route. The WI-FI works very well.

Some little problem with arrival and access to key, maybe because of language problems. We missed the microwave and toaster for our full convenience. And some kitchen utensils were missing (There was only 1 wine glass, only a little big deep bowl, missed a frying pan) The flat is on the 5th floor (without elevator), so it was a listtle hard to climb the stairs
