Balcone is perfect in every way; location, unit itself, view and landlords. Mary & Angelo went out of their way to make our visit memorable. Starting with picking us up from thectrsin station, stocking the refrig and cabinets with rvrrything needed. Bringing cornrttis each morning to have with our cappuccino. They were just a WhstsApp away and always happy to help. Atleast s 15 out of 10 scale. Would reccommend highly!!! They want you to love their home.

There was nothing not to like

Facilities were superb and the location was perfect. Amazing views and everything you could possibly need was available. I’ve never stayed anywhere with so much food available and the breakfast pastries, delivered to the door, were delicious.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent - a delivery of warm croissants from the hosts in the morning left outside the door. A box of bread and proscuitto on arrival. Fridge stocked with juice, water and some Pellegrino cocktails. There were coffee pods, milk, cereal, jam - everything we could possibly want. The apartment was centrally located, the hosts were very helpful and reserved a parking space for us. Lovely balcony with fabulous views over the valley towards Locorotondo, Ostuni etc. This was without a doubt the cleanest and most beautifully decorated apartment we have ever stayed in. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Everything was immaculate.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this beautiful apartment in Martina Franca for 2 nights in early September. The host, Angelo and Mary were so nice, thoughful, and willing to help us in anything we needed. There are so many great features of this room, but some that stood out were, (1) cleanliness and roominess of the apartment, (2) the great view from the balcony, (3) fully stocked kitchen and amenity, including various kinds of coffees and drinks, fruits, snacks, and pasta, (4) washing machine, (5) free parking, and (6) the fresh warm criossants delivered every morning. Communication was always prompt and courteous from the moment we made reservation to the moment we checked out. Martina Franca is a great location as a base to explore the area. The main old town area is just a block away from the apartment. We really enjoyed this quaint charming town, felt at home. Among all places we visited in Puglia and nearby area, Martina Franca was our favorite, partly because of the town but more importantly because of the hospitality of Angelo and Mary. I highly recommend Balcon in Valle d'Itria.

The apartment and and it's furnishings were immaculate, very comfortable and stylish. The kitchen was supplied with snacks and beverages and coffee which was a welcome surprise. The hosts went above and beyond in their hospitality from greeting us upon arrival, following local parties for breakfast, and assisting us with a ride to the train station. The view of the Valle d'itria from the balcony was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioners worked very well. This was one of the most comfortable accommodations I stayed at during my month in southern Italy.

I liked everything about this property and the hosts. Perhaps the only challenge would be if someone has difficulty with stairs to enter the apartment, which is why you have such a fantastic balcony view! Stairs are no problem for me.
