Living room and one room single bed without aircond

What a scam. The house was smoking hot when we arrived. We had a long drive so our daughter had to go to the bathroom when we got there. She started screaming because there were cockroaches in there. In áll the bathrooms there were cockroaches, it was dirty and the matrasses were wrapped with plastic. We left in a hurry and stayed at a hotel for half the price. The owner refused to give us a refund. Have travelled all my life and never experienced something like this.
