Property is classed as brand new, as soon as you walk through the entrance you can clearly see it is not brand new. Finding the property was a nightmare, the number provided I must of called 6-8times with no answer or call back along with sending messages to say we were struggling to find the property.

Finding the property was challenging, especially in the rain but the staff were amazing and so very helpful

It was just the hottest day of the year which made it a little bit uncomfortable. No fault of the property - just one of those things.

the internet was intermittent during my daughters stay, one of the evenings it didn’t work at all, & the main bedroom door was difficult to close, it appeared as tho it was warped?

The property is a perfect location to the shops café and bars

We couldn't work the heating properly and the bathroom was freezing with no natural light as it didn't have a window also the property is very dark so you needed lights on all the time you really need some small table lights there was only one in the king size bedroom. The property had been refurbished and everything was brand new, but both the wardrobes had no coat hangers so it made it difficult to use ,You could also do with some door hooks especially in the bathroom for the used towels .the refurbishment has been done lovely with excellent standard I just found the lack of natural light difficult but you are very close to the next building.
