caravan was lovely

Location close enough to walk into ingoldmells and facilities in the caravan were good

Pillows were a little flat

I liked the location which was convenient near shops and not very far from the beach and other activities

Was not happy that the host charged me for what they say the property "needed excessive " cleaning after my stay. I think I left the property in a comparable state to what it was when I arrived. Another issue wass the TV I think it needs upgrading. Finally I was initially given the wrong key code to access the property. I had to telephone and the host was unreachable for some time despite me having given them my arrival time well in advance

Lovely caravan with great facilities, smart tv & dvd player is a great extra! Good board games and homely feel.

Cleanliness wasnt fantastic, very basic clean before we took over... cobwebs and crumbs, rubbish down the sofa etc but habitable nonetheless

Lovely clean van. Quiet site. Perfect base for a break away

Nice family caravan for the price

It was nicely decorated, it was only a couple of minutes from Skegness raceway. We were able to check in early.

It had mould above the shower , the floors weren't clean, it was freezing.

It was a lovely property very clean and welcoming.
