Location, especially to the beach. Clean, quiet and great facilities. It was home from home with 2 children.

Wi-Fi, clean, everything we needed excellent all round

Not much at all apart from the double bed being a little uncomfortable

Property was very clean with a great spec throughout. Its positioning on the site was ideal for us with easy access to shop, pub/restaurant and the beach. We were impressed by the decor and kitchen facilities in particular and if we had been staying for a longer period would have made far more use of everything! Owners communication was excellent and timely and we were even able to negotiate a later checkout time with them which was very useful.

The only minor negative was the lack of a blind for the entry door window...I think there might have originally been one as there were some screw holes...but it needs one back for the darker nights...I might have frightened the neighbours when my overweight physique walked past it!!!

Beautiful accommodation - loved it! Clean, quiet, great location. The whole site is so nice. Staff on site (reception) were really friendly and helpful. Arrived early and got passes for the swimming pool to use prior to check-in. Nice little outdoor play area, our 3yr old enjoyed it! Beach wasn't far walking and a short drive into Filey. Ordered Chinese takeaway to the accommodation in the evening (using a leaflet in the holiday home) which worked well for us rather than cooking ourselves or going to the onsite pub - it was delicious, arrived within the hour and was super hot - sorry I can't remember the name of the place! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The larger swimming pool was cold! Obviously the Beach House have no control over this but it's worth being aware of.

Property was fabulous, really cosy and clean and close to all amenities we had a lovely time. Will book again for sure.
