Good convenient location. Nice outdoor area. well equipped with kitchen utensils and essential ingredients esp coffee!

Generally good use of space but bedroom very small with a Queen bed leaving little room between bed and 2 walls. Requirement for immediate payment and non refundable booking fee seems unreasonable when paid well in advance and better terms offered by other hosts.

"A cute cottage with all the mod-cons... spa and sauna are a real treat."

Cute cottage well situated between the Kennedy Point Ferry and Oneroa. Spa and sauna make for a very relaxing time. Very well kitted out... the definition of 'a place for everything and everything in its place'. Modern appliances. Very comfy lounge and beds. Outdoor area would be lovely in the height of summer. Relaxing daily birdsong.

I didn't read the description that, well so only realised later that the second bedroom is in a separate cabin. This was ok except it creates a bit of a trek at night to the bathroom. Plus you couldn't put anyone with mobility problems in the cabin. Also we couldn't find a single fork in the kitchen but we coped haha.
