Unfriendly staff, very bad property, no one came to help with luggage - nothing to like

Hated the attitude of the staff at reception. He had no courtesy

Amenities are old . No non veg breakfast. Minibar empty .

The staff was very helpful.

AC didnt work well. Didn't cool the room.

Room offered was very small. No free upgrade was offered as was mentioned in Booking.com e mail confirmation. Maintenance of the room and facilities were poor and not worthy of the amount of money spent by me. The lift was not functioning properly and compenents within the lift was seen hanging loose. Hot was was not available immediately on opening the taps. A lot of cold water was required to be drained out before hot water came out of the bathroom taps which is against the environmental norms. Refrigerator was not working, window latches were missing, WC toilet seat was loose, power sockets were not working.

Staff was friendly. Over all experience was very good.
