ITSiamo stati veramente bene,appartamento pulito e molto luminoso..c'è tutto quello che può servire.condizionatore,pentole,microonde, lavatrice,stendino, piano cottura,ombrellone per la spiaggia, forno e lavatrice.ottima posizione sia per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e ben servita dai mezzi.é stata veramente una bellissima vacanza!grazie di tutto!

El ruido constante, sobretodo por la noche. Al estar prácticamente pegado a las vías del tranvía de valencia se escucha continuamente el ruido del tren, de hecho hay veces que incluso te llegan a temblar el suelo y las ventanas del piso cuando pasa el propio tren o alguna moto o coche, porque también está pegado a una carretera por la que pasan vehículos a cualquier hora, incluso de madrugada, al igual que lo trenes. También se escucha bastante el ruido de los transeúntes de la calle. Todo esto afecta al descanso nocturno muchísimo. También estás a la suerte de los vecinos que te toquen en el edificio, ya que a veces realizan fiestas o se quedan hablando alto hasta las 5 de la mañana y todo ese ruido se filtra del piso superior al inferior. El diferencial de la luz saltaba fácilmente y con frecuencia en cuanto pusieras 2 o 3 cosas.

Gălăgia Vecinii, foarte gălăgioși, beau până noaptea la ora 2, într-o noapte s-au și bătut iar noi cu copiii ascultam și sperăm să nu vina pe la uși.

ESLa cercanía a la playa y al transporte público para ir al centro de Valencia.
Falta de limpieza , falta de enseres para cocinar y los que hay están en muy mal estado, la falta de campana extractora, aplique para sujetar el telefonillo de la ducha, el aire acondicionado no se puede manipular para que no te dé directamente el aire en la zona de cama y terminamos con la garganta irritada, los utensilios para fregar son reutilizados y eso creo que es poco higiénico,las camas son dos sofás de dos colchones, uno muy blando y otro muy duro Deberian de plantearse, cambiar menaje, sofá cama y dar una mano de pintura
DEThe location was great.
The kitchen stuffs were the poorest. The Air conditioning wasn't the decent. The beds were itchy. The bathroom had extremely amount of mosquitoes. We had rented 2 bikes for 20 Eur somehow they were not the best. We were staying 2 days for 225 Eur at 6-8 June 2025. The accomodation instructions for access wasn't easy. Unfortunately that's not deserving 225 Eur for 2 days at all. 6/10. We were about the leave at 11.59a.m. somehow during the checkout time one lady just kicked in to the flat and yelled out in Spanish language for leave. We were already noticed owner of the accomodation that we would be leaving in 10 minutes. Additionally, I had to use translation 24/7 to communicate with owner. I personally believe that customers don't have to use translater all the time. We were coming there for vacation not practicing Spanish via booking.com chat box. Unfortunately we had a bad experience as we planned to stay a second night in this property and had booked months in advance. Within a couple of weeks of our booking we were told this had been cancelled by the property due to 'overbooking'. This was not clear and no one from the property contacted us to offer any assistance. As it was last minute we had to book another similar property for twice the price. We recouped some of this through booking.com but were unable to be refunded for the remaining amount. Cancelling without properly notifying guests last minute due to 'overbooking' is the fault of the property and unacceptable.
