Nara Homes at Palm Tree Villas in front of NAIA Terminal 3

It was so hard to get approval to finally stay in the room. We landed in NAIA 3 at 6 pm they gave me the welcome email to show to reception at 8 pm the same day. I had no idea you need idea you need the email because I didn’t get it the day before. Furthermore, there was no proper reception to sort out our accommodation. I didn’t even know which building block to get to. And finally for the few hours left before we had to get to our connecting flight, we didn’t even get to sleep because the room is directly in front of the highway with the honking jeepneys and the revving cars.

Le peu de délicatesse des concierges (qui s’occupaient plus de regarder leur film que de chercher notre réservation) Aucune réponse ni mail ni téléphone du loueur Une validation d’annulation avec remboursement mais aucun dédommagement (j’aurai moka numéro au dernier moment j’aurais du payer la chambre) nous avons du partir à la recherche d’un autre hôtel avec nos bagages et nos enfants après plusieurs heures de voyage. Et forcément cela nous a coûté plus cher

Wir könnten keinen check in machen. Die Rezeption hat unsere Buchung nicht gefunden und die Frau hat die Eigentümerinn nicht erreicht. Wir müssten ein neues Zimmer bezahlen.

No es un apartamento para 4 personas sino para dos. Algo anticuado. Pero útil para hacer escala de vuelos.

Location is great and the key collection was efficient

Just a bit of odour near the door next to the bin and broom. Air conditioned could be a bit noisy. Traffic noise as its on level 2 but we expected this. We didn’t mind it as the location is great within walking distance to NAIA3

Nice apartment near to shops and restaurants. Clean equipped apartment with very helpful hosts.

Excellent location near Runway Manila. Very attentive host
