The location above the European Village was convenient. The assigned covered parking space was great to keep the vehicle out of Florida heat & rain. The little kitchen was useful & practical. The A/C cooled very good. The host communicated well throughout the stay.

Overall, the property and furnishings were very old & dingy. The bathroom would benefit from a deep cleaning. The open shower was weird, uncomfortable and leaked water from the base. After every shower I had to get on my hands and knees to dry the floor. The TV had the most basic chanel package & therefore useless. We tried to play a chess game instead provided in the unit and the chess board was falling apart and missing pieces. The unit is very badly in need of a renovation.

Price and area. Liked that they had laundry and beach chairs. Enjoyed sitting on balcony listening to live music at night.

Outdated furnishings. Beds uncomfortable. Needs some updating throughout. Linens are cheep hotel quality and rough.

The condo was just wonderful! It had everything we needed and the owner made sure we had all the info complete with pictures to ensure we could find everything with ease. The shops and restaurants were great!

Location and the ambience

Tub was made of concrete, the glass shower dividers leaked onto the floor and things became somewhat dangerous!

Has a washer & dryer

The bathroom was odd. You need to get up 2 steps & descend 2 steps to the circular tub & water conservative rain shower. Then water splatters all over the floor. Not ideal for seniors.

Great layout and view of the courtyard. Great spot for visiting family in the area especially with the restaurants down below.

The coffee pot had stale coffee in it when we arrived.
