My daughter and granddaughter stayed just one night whilst in Livorno for swimming competitions. Everything went very well, great communication with owner for checkin plans and car parking.... Spotlessly clean... Only slight flaw is the bathroom not ensuite but worked perfectly well and great value for money... Would certainly return

The guy was amazing! The room was very very clean and the bathroom was so big and clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and the mattress was new. It was a really amazing experience!!!

Central position to visit Livorno center on foot.

Shared bathroom, but owner said that he is working on doing private bathrooms in each room. Impossible to find as main door is in a courtyard.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Livorno empfangen, und das obwohl wir mit 1.5 Stunden Verspätung von der Fähre eingetroffen sind. Sehr grosszügige Zimmer, Küche, Bad, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden für den sehr fairen Preis übertroffen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch recht nahe beim Bahnhof. Ich empfehle L‘Iris zu 100% weiter!

"Super fijne locatie om te verblijven"

Was ruim en super netjes en super fijn dat we fietsen konden lenen alhoewel niet gebruikt maar toch. Super vriendelijke Armando.
