The location is very nice, right next to Taj Mahal Hotel and Gateway of India. The premises and surroundings are clean. Breakfast was simple yet good, and the staff was pretty supportive to the needs of an eleven month old baby. The room was simple, and had guest house like appearence. Both the room and the bathroom could have definitely been better and more hotel like.

The design of the bathroom wasn't too great. A towel rack next to the basin would have been very useful. Two 500ml Water bottles for a family of 3 on a hot day is insufficient.

Probably the cleanest bed sheets I ever had in India. Staff very friendly and tried in all sorts to respond to my complains about the loud night musics.

The noise from the 1st floor bar. I was staying in a 4th floor room and could still hear the loud music at night, it ends at 1am. The owner of the bar is the same owner as hotel, so I don't understand why they can't solve this problem. They prefer a loud music for those 5 bar guests, instead of thinking of 20 tourists who are trying to sleep in this hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance into the town centre. Very helpful and attentive staff. Room was spacious with comfortable bed, fresh bottled water provided daily. Hotel was kept spotless.

Bathroom was well past its prime and could do with refurbishing. Quality of breakfast and choice was ok but could have been improved.
