It was dark. Dirty carpets. bath was horrible. damp stain on bed room walls I didn’t stay I moved to another hotel it was health hazard I think you should refund my money.

The accommodation was as advertised. It's a cheap room by the town centre and station. But it's clean and well provided, the street is relatively quiet and the bed is very comfortable.

It was hard to find which of the three key safes applied to the flat (it was the top left). The old house (in which the flat is on the attic floor, probably originally for the servants) was quite dingy and smelled of damp. The flat was as good as it could be for such a building. The light switches were hard to find, especially on the stairwell. The bathroom only had a hand towel and I couldn't seem to find another.

As you may have gathered over the phone I was on the Autism spectrum and I have had a carer with me - I wonder whether it was you or another colleague. I found the key safes very bewildering although I had got in alright. I did manage to have an evening meal at the Chinese restaurant in Midland Road and then had some breakfast this morning at a restaurant opposite the Harpur Centre. Also I found the wi-fi,,the TV and the bathroom showers.bewildering.
