Struttura molto accogliente, host estremamente gentile e premuroso. Ottima posizione, vicina al centro ma tranquilla

Struttura accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort e adatta per una coppia IÈ a 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale e offre disponibilità di parcheggio nelle viuzze. I proprietari sono stati ospitali, gentili e molto disponibili sin da subito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Ci ritornerei volentieri. (Gaetano).

La struttura è nuovissima, pulitissima e a due passi a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo prenotato mezz’ora prima del nostro arrivo, la famiglia del proprietario si è subito adoperata per attrezzare la struttura per il terzo letto e per suggerirci alcuni posti dove andare a mangiare. Accettando il loro suggerimento, hanno chiamato loro il ristorante per prenotare il tavolo. Sicuramente tra i punti di forza di questa struttura, oltre a quelli già citati, c’è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di questa famiglia, che si è adoperata per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Altro elemento da non sottovalutare, per chi viaggia in auto, è la disponibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento nelle vie limitrofe. Sempre apprezzata, nel frigo del b&b era presente una bottiglia di acqua a nostra disposizione.

The host is lovely and helpful! The apartment is fully renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a safe neighborhood, and parking was never a problem. Everything felt fresh, clean, and cozy – we truly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect! Easy & free parking right outside the door, super clean and beautiful apartment. Top quality appliances, lovely big shower, very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walk to the centre of Noto for all the sights, restaurants and bars. It has everything you need and it was perfect for me as a solo traveller. I would 100% recommend it for a couple too. The owner is so friendly and great communication, but leaves you to be independent. I would love so much to stay again!

Great location ... many steps down and up to get to il Duomo, but then I'm old, so... :D

Everything was great...

Location, modern interior, washing machine, good shower, nice neighbourhood.

The kitchen was under equipped. No chopping boards, oil or basics for making a simple meal.

The place was wonderful. Very cleaned, spacious, well equipped, a small balcony who made the difference also.

I felt a bit controlled. I’m young and was traveling, the fact i couldn’t invite anyone, on the place i rented, without asking made me feel a bit as a child. People are coming for holidays and should be able to invite someone if the occasion comes.

Clean, great location, lovely washing machine, icy cold a/c. Great size bathroom and shower.
