La ubicacion, la atención del personal, y las amenities ( piscinas, sauna, gimnasio ) Excelentes

En la habitación habian lamparas quemadas en ambos baños, y cocina. Los enchufes de la pared estaban sueltos y sin tapa. El aire acondicionado tenia la tapa tirada en el piso del living. Todo esto se hizo se informó durante la estadia y no se solucionó. Las mantas de la cama estaban sucias, manchadas. Los utensillos de cocina son de mala calidad y hay una sola copa y platos cascados, etc. Creo que no hay nadie revisando y reponiendo esos detalles que hacen al confort interno durante la estadía

Reservé por Booking donde decía que no habría cargos extras. Cuando me comunico por Whatsapp me envían un link de mercado pago donde me cobraron un 10% más. Cuando pregunté a qué se debía el cargo extra me cancelaron la reserva, porque dijeron que no leí las condiciones. Intenté sostenerla porque necesitaba el hospedaje pero no hubo forma porque decían que ese malentendido podía arruinar su reputación perfecta. No les interesa el huésped.

Hermoso departamento completo, cómodo no le faltaba nada .Las instalaciones del lugar,hermosa piscina al aire libre con todas las comodidades,y un extra de piscina climatizada con spa increíble. Mucho más de lo que esperaba!! Muy buena ubicación,cerca de todo.
