It was ok the reception and the owner was trying.

The staff , cleaners are very rude. They demand that you vacate the building so that they can clean even though you are staying for the next day . Spoke to the owner that they can do cleaning after 2pm and they insist on knocking on the door demanding to clean and disturbing my sleep. That I found disrespectful of a service I paid for and have communicated with the boss. Furthermore 1st night of my stay there was no hot water to shower to shower with in the morning. They said they forgot to switch on the geyser.

To be kept waiting outside the gate for more than 30 minutes where I decided to leave. The place was dark without light in and out. No signs showing the business site , no clear entrance.

The place was pleasant and good value for money (the budget room). They could use with signage to help easy locate the place. I had a pleasant stay. It is walking distance from Vincent Park Mall for last minute shopping if need be.

Everything no complaints ,,regarding its amount of coz it is really a budget room
