Appart Luxe Vacances Agadir B9

Lots of space and two terraces. One with doors from both bedrooms. The shower room had a toilet and there was a separate toilet also. Good fridge, excellent gas hob and oven. The TV is enormous and picks up channels from all over Europe plus Sky movies and Netflix. The host Saïd was very friendly and professional. He introduced us to the Property on arrival, showing me how to work the TV etc. He was available on WhatsApp for the whole duration of the day and was kind enough to print our return boarding passes and have them delivered to the apartment. We were impressed with the complex as a whole. Both gates had friendly security guards. The pool was very welcome and very nice, surrounded by sun loungers. Very nice to come back to and quiet without too many people.

Pas assez de serviettes, équipement de cuisine insuffisant, la douche fuit légèrement sous le bac à douche et présence de quelques petits cafards dans l’appartement.

The host put us in a different apartment in another neighbourhood for the first two days, where everything was broken, dirty, no towels or bed sheets, etc. On the third day, we could move to the Hivernage Residence, but we found him having his daughter's birthday party in the apartment where we were meant to stay. The worst experience I have had with Booking.com so far, please avoid if you do not want to be mistreated.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Beautiful flat , perfect location for walking to beach. Very responsive and attentive to any questions I had. Host even printed my boarding passes for going home for me. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
