"Lovely apartment in a fabulous location"

Fantastic location with stunning views - everything was lovely. The apartment is large, light, and very comfortable. It's in the middle of Perugia which is a student town so the Piazza is lively and loud. Susanna is delightful and helpful and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

It was all fabulous.

Brilliant location for accessing historic centre of Perugia, bars and restaurants etc. The apartment was beautifully furnished with antique furniture, spacious and roomy, with fantastic views of the piazza. Our host, Suzanna, was exceptionally helpful.

The only problem with our stay was noise from the pizza every night. This lasted from about 23.00 to 4.00. and consisted of singing and cheering by crowds of young people. Of itself, this was harmless enough, but it seriously disturbed our sleep throughout our stay. I would therefore not recommend this apartment for elderly folk.

right in the centre with great views of the square. very roomy. our host gave us great eating and wine bar recommendations (particularly the wine bar- fantastico!)

a bit noisy at night with a no students partying in the square. but that was part of the fun.

"Overall excellent."

Right in Perugia center. Nice view from window. Large drawing room with nice old style furniture. Lots of books around (in Italian). Nice modern kitchen, two WCs and one large bathroom.

During the night the area around the fountain get quite noisy, even during late in night. Closing all the windows does help in reducing a lot the noise but if you are looking for a really really quite place during the night, this place may not be the best. The extra beds provided to our kids very very unconfortable. They were single sofa cum bed but when fully open they were not quite flat but aquire a slightly convex shape.
