out side area wasn’t the best with people arguing outside the door late in the evening

The owners were super polite and quick to respond. Their communication was excellent. They gave us all the info we needed for parking, best locations to eat, the key box and heating. All instructions were really clear. The apartment is small but with a TV and nice bathroom, perfect for a night's stay. There's a desk and wi-fi and a sofa. All very compact. The food court with numerous places to eat is about three mins walk from the front door of the property, with lots of choice.

Our big problem was feeling safe in the area. The door to the property was a little like an internal door, with a handle that switches to locked on the inside ( I think they are called privacy locks). There was an additional deadbolt lock but unfortunately the key was unavailable. There was a chain on the inside. I was travelling with my 16yr old daughter and on leaving the property in the early evening, there was a gentleman at the end of the corridor watching as we left. He didn't speak or acknowledge us but continued watching as we crossed the car park to our car. Suffice to say, this was a little unnerving and not being able to double lock the front door, left us (two women travelling alone) feeling a bit vulnerable. The owners did say there is a key for the extra front door lock, so I do hope they will leave it with future guests. Although they did mention they thought the chain was 'better'/'stronger' than a lock, this didn't allay our fears. There is something like a bin storage at the front left of the car park, as you enter. Unfortunately the doors to this were open and rubbish spilling out. The kitchen was fairly basic, with an older electric ring hob - not my preference but absolutely useable and pretty decently equipped, if you want to eat in.

host was superb! the flat was warm, cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

booked for two guys who work for me, they got the wrong checkout day. owner rang up very rude and aggressive on phone, threatening texts

Clean and cozy flat, everything you would need available and in an amazing location

Nothing really, only a personal preference with the mattress being firmer than we are used to. But we can not complain as everyone is different and everything else was perfect!!

Being in a block of flats in a un nerving area

Very clean and comfortable, ideal central location with safe free car parking.

Couldn’t get the hob or grill to work - not sure they weren’t working or I just needed instructions!

Good location and parking owner very responsive and helpful

lacking a few items such a hand soap but hopefully that will soon be rectified
