Amazing 5-Bed Family Home in Hertfordshire

There was a strong smell of urine, the garden was extremely overgrown, the television had no volume, there were stains on the bathroom floor, rusty pipes and dirty tea towels in the washing machine.

Where do I start. The house us generally unloved and un cared for. Lots of damage around the house, missing fittings, and safety issues. The garden was very untidy and dangerous so would not allow the children into it. Damaged sinks, gas hob did not work. Flooring worn out in places. Some bedroom drawers had no bases in. Other fittings repaired with tape as was the kitchen extractor Stairs loose as you walked on them. Some window catches broken. Not value for money at all. Owners contacted, not really interested and paid lip service to the issues. Asked for a rebate and was told it was against their policy. I wonder if it was the same policy to provide poor quality accommodation, high pricing and little interest. Booking Com customer services where equally no help and not interested. Avoid the property at all cost.

The accommodation was absolutely abismal would not recommended to anyone. House smelt awful, was dirty and they charged us a £300 security deposit which they made an excuse up to keep. Am in process of taking them to small claims court. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE
