L’entrada a l’edifici és terrible ja que és una construcció soviètica i impacta l’estat lamentable de la porteria. La informació per accedir al pis no va ser del tot clara.

Apartment well equipped, close to city center

5th floor without elevator, staircase extremely narrow and need of rehabilitation, all electricity cables and lines visible, hard to find, extremely small bathroom,

Everything was perfect. The building is very old and the apartment is up 5 flights of stairs. But the apartment itself is amazing and very good location.

This apartment is a level above normal apartments. We could live here very comfortably. It is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple frying pans, pots and utensils. Even had a selection of spices. Cooking here was so easy. Pods for the coffee machine and washing machine. No need to head to the supermarket for the basics. Communication was perfect. Short walk into town. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, but no issues for the average person. Can certainly recommend this place without hesitation.

Newly renovated apartment, very clean, comfortable and unexpectedly well stocked with groceries for breakfast.

The description mentions that it is on the fifth floor but not that there is no lift...the apartment is located in a Soviet era apartment block.
