La Casetta di Ro Ortigia

L'appartamento molto confortevole e molto comodo. Posizione eccellente poiché in centro a Ortigia e vicino anche alla fermata autobus.

The apartment is bright and its location is central.

Taxis can't drive the narrow street due to heavy flow of passengers so if one has heavy luggage, location of the appartment and multiple stairs to reach it is not the best combination. We were disappointed that when looking at the apartment before booking, we got the impression that it has a small terrace to the courtyard and a separate bedroom in addition to loft area. However, the pictures of La Cassetta di Ro Ortigia belong to two adjacent but separate apartments. In our opinion, information should be more clear. Both double beds are placed in an open loft, which is accessed by steep stairs. There is one bathroom with a shower, a tiny wc upstairs but not enough room to place folded clothes nor a bedside tables. We were looking hard in trying to find instructions for Wifi, but got only a WA reply saying: "there should be an information sheet at the entrance behind the door with all the wifi details". Unfortunately this didn't help.

Perfectly located apartment with all necessary amenities. Very clean and stylish. The host was super helpful.
