Lovely owners, cooked delicious meals, outdoor eating right on the river. Rooms simple, but good. Hired scooter on-site. Quiet location.

A riverside bungalow is a magical place with incredible sunsets and sunrises! It's an opportunity to experience the silence and enjoy solitude. Yet, you're close to civilization and have everything you need: beaches, shops, markets, and cafes! It's best to have transportation (motorbike or car). But if you're not afraid of a lot of walking (like me :)), you can use the island taxi for longer trips. My double bungalow had everything I needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. But another highlight is the bar, where the wonderful Wanida cooks just for you! Wanida's dishes are the most delicious in Thailand! Dean and his wife kindly helped me with information on entertainment and everything I needed!

My English leaves much to be desired... :) But that didn't stop me from communicating with Dean and Wanida. I really want to go back!

Probably the nicest place I've stayed at in Thailand. It was exceptionally clean, the owners were very helpful and the location on the river was unbelievable. When I'm next on koh chang I will definitely stay here again.

What did I not like - having to leave

Bardzo przytulny i wyjątkowo czysty pokój. Właścicielka była niezwykle miła i życzliwa, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę przyjemny. Jedzenie, które przygotowywała, było pyszne — aż chciało się zostawać na dłużej. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und familiär. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr nett und das Essen ist super. Die Lage ist phantastisch direkt Fluss und wunderschön zum schwimmen. Es ist in einem ruhigen Teil der Insel. Und zum Strand sind es zu Fuss ca 15 Minuten. Aber am besten mietet man gleich den Roller bei der Unterkunft. Der Strand ist wunderschön und hat mir von allen Stränden am besten gefallen. Wir hätten verlängert, aber es war leider schon ausgebucht.

Great sunsets on the river with view to the ocean, and, cold beer. Great hosts. I'll be back.
